              • AI-assisted tools used to support our sales process<\/strong> (Anthropic’s Claude), to help draft correspondence, summarise enquiries, and manage client communications more efficiently. Enquiry and order data may be entered into these tools by our staff in the course of preparing quotations and responses.<\/li>\n
              • Professional advisers, regulators, or authorities<\/strong>, where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                We do not sell personal data to third parties.<\/p>\n

                9. International Transfers<\/h4>\n

                Because our clients are principally based in the EU, some personal data is transferred to and processed within the EEA. UK adequacy regulations recognise the EU as providing an adequate level of protection, so no additional safeguard is required for these transfers.<\/p>\n

                Some of our IT and AI-assisted tools are provided by suppliers based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to the US in this way, we rely on the safeguards available under that supplier’s terms \u2013 in the case of Anthropic’s Claude, Standard Contractual Clauses as offered to EU\/EEA-based users under their consumer privacy terms.<\/p>\n
